Josh Graessle

Josh is a Senior Manager at Verdantix, covering industrial transformation, with a focus on manufacturing operations management, industrial design and engineering, and asset maintenance management. He advises software vendors, services firms and industrial buyers on market dynamics, buyer priorities and digital strategy, helping to improve asset performance, operational resilience and execution across asset-intensive operations. Prior to joining Verdantix, Josh worked at Volvo Group, where he supported factory operations, robotics and digital initiatives spanning IIoT, enterprise systems implementation and data analytics. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Delaware.
